INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Place one teabag in a cup of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5–7 minutes, covered, to prevent the loss of volatile compounds. Drink in the evening before going to bed and, if desired, in the afternoon. It is best not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the teabags, press them gently with a teaspoon. Slight variations in taste and colour are a natural part of the production process.
