What are the tips for making a good chamomile tea? For each herbal tea bag, you need approximately 200 ml of boiling water. The ideal temperature would be 95°, but if you are using a gas kettle, you can turn off the water and insert the filter when the water starts to make the first small bubbles. Leave the bag to infuse for about 3 minutes, press it with a teaspoon and extract it: your chamomile infusion is ready to drink. You can optionally sweeten it with honey. When to drink it?
