Organic buds are harvested in the spring and left to macerate for 21 days with organic alcohol and glycerol.

The product is pressed, filtered and tested for its alcohol content with an electronic ebulliometer.

We have 1 L to 10 L formats in grades of 60° “base” or diluted 1DH and 30° or 60° birch sap depending on the customer needs.
