Sweet fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) seeds 60%*, Bitter fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) seeds 30%*, Fennel florets (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) tops 10%*. [*BIO]

PROPERTIES

Fennel has many properties: it is digestive and promotes gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas, it is draining, combats menstrual cycle disorders, fluidifies bronchial secretions. Originally from the Mediterranean area, it was Charlemagne who promoted its cultivation in central Europe as well.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

One filter in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes with a lid to avoid losing the volatile principles. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with a teaspoon. Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.
