Blueberry leaves (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) 50%*, Blueberry berries (Vaccinium myrtillus L.) 50%*. [*ORGANIC]
PROPERTIES
The blueberry fruit is very rich in antioxidant anthocyanins and is able to stimulate microcirculation and promote healthy eyesight. The leaves, on the other hand, help drain body fluids and maintain healthy urinary tracts. Until the 19th century, the squeezed berries were used as a dye for fabrics.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
One filter in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes with a lid to avoid losing the volatile principles. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with a teaspoon. Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.
