Dog rose (Rosa canina L.) fruits 65%*, Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers 30%*, Blackberry (Rubus ulmifolius Schott) leaves 5%*. [*BIO]

PROPERTIES

Hibiscus, also called karkadè, is widespread in the tropical regions of Africa and Asia and was highly appreciated in Europe during the colonial era as a tea substitute. With a pleasantly acidic flavor, it is a good antioxidant, promotes the drainage of liquids and diuresis and helps regulate blood pressure.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

One filter in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes with a lid to avoid losing the volatile principles. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with a teaspoon. Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.
