40 sachets in total to support the body's defenses and the well-being of the respiratory tract.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

One filter in a cup of boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5/7 minutes with a lid to avoid losing the volatile principles, take in the evening before going to bed and possibly in the afternoon, (Balsamic) take morning and afternoon preferably away from meals, (Alpine Echinacea). It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with the teaspoon. Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.
