PROPERTIES

Food supplement based on plant extracts, in particular with St. John's Wort and Melissa to promote relaxation and mental well-being together with Rhodiola, to maintain normal mood.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

One filter in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5/7 minutes with a lid to avoid losing the volatile principles, take in the morning and afternoon. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the sachets, press them lightly with a teaspoon. Possible slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturalness of the product.
