INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Place one filter in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse for 5 minutes with the lid on to prevent the loss of volatile principles, take twice a day, preferably between meals. It is preferable not to use chlorinated water. Before removing the tea bags, squeeze them lightly with a teaspoon. Slight variations in taste and colour are part of the naturalness of the product.
